). 9 It was shown in two print dealers' shows, by H. Wunderlich & Co. in New York in 1898 at the sale of the collection of Francis Seymour Haden, Sr (1818-1910) (

) and passed later with his unique collection to New York Public Library.An impression from the collection of Joshua Hutchinson Hutchinson (ca 1829 - d.1891) was the only one sold at auction, at Sotheby's on 3 March 1892 (lot 126), when it was bought by Deprez & Gutekunst for £5.5.0, and passed in due course to Bernard Buchanan MacGeorge (1845?-1924) and Howard Mansfield (1849-1938) (
). A few years later, an impression owned by Francis Seymour Haden, Sr (1818-1910) was bought from H. Wunderlich & Co., New York, by Charles Lang Freer (1856-1919) in 1898 (
